Our Retreat Practices
Expressive Arts
Expressive Arts covers the entire range of human expression and communication, including painting, music, dance, poetry, theatre, sculpture, and more. At the core of the interdisciplinary field of Expressive Arts lies the professional application of art- and expression-oriented methods in therapy, coaching, supervision, and conflict transformation. It invites one to enter an artistic expression in which the known functioning pathways are not necessarily applicable. The challenge of joining a creative expression encourages one to reconsider the environment's observation and decentralize used perspectives. "low-skill - high-sensitivity" is an intervention where new possibilities of expression can arise. People can get more effortless excess to Self without focusing on problems in creativity and play. Imagination creates something outside of well-known habits. In the end, there will be a harvest arising from each experience.
